Delete your Metamove account

To request deletion without installing the app, email support@metamovepuzzle.com. You can copy this address into Gmail or your email service. If possible, write from the email address associated with your account. If you used a private relay address, mention that so support can help verify ownership. Never send a password or verification code.

Support will send a confirmation message to the email address registered to your Metamove account. Follow the instructions in that message to confirm your request. Support will let you know when deletion is complete. Account deletion removes the account and its active cloud saves and ranking data. Exported backups and copies on offline devices can be removed from those devices.
